It was such an easy and seamless experience ordering a flower delivery, even from the other side of the world! I live in New Zealand and wanted to send flowers and chocolates to my best friend in Patchogue to lift her spirits after a really difficult couple of months. After looking around, I chose Tall Tree Floral Designs because they had fantastic reviews, beautiful bouquets, and lovely add-on options, including handmade truffles. My best friend received everything the very next day and said it put the biggest smile on her face! She sent me a photo when they arrived, and the bouquet was just as gorgeous as the picture advertised. She also said the handmade truffles were absolutely delicious! I’m so happy with my purchase and incredibly glad that Tall Tree Floral Designs helped me brighten my friend’s day and make her feel a little more loved from across the world. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough! ---- Florist's Response: Thank you so much for trusting us from all the way in New Zealand and for sharing this lovely story. We're thrilled the bouquet and handmade truffles arrived quickly and brought a smile to your friend's face. It means a lot to hear our photos matched the arrangement and that we could help brighten her day.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
